Improvised Plan, is an installation, made for the band- and rehearsal space at the music department of Sofienberg School in Oslo. The School is located in the City Centre, with kids from the cultural elite and hip parents in Grünerløkka mixed with second and third generation immigrant kids from Tøyen. A wonderful complex group who meet and learn music together. The piece is, as the title says: improvised, composed of parts of city maps from different cities. The material is a handmade Mongolian woolen felt, digitally cut.
